Delivery Time
Delivery time is the total time from when you place your order until you receive your dress. At Bolodoo, we understand the importance of timely delivery for your special day. The time mentioned below refers to business days and may be delayed during holidays.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time
Normally 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your order, including customization, tailoring and strict quality inspection before dispatch.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding companies. Please use a valid residential or business address at checkout.
- During major holidays worldwide, transportation carriers may experience slight delays. Please place your order as early as possible.
- If your event date is tight, contact our service team first to confirm we can meet your delivery timeline before checkout.
Customs & Tax
About Customs Duties
In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees, import duties or tariffs by your local government, not charged by Bolodoo. You will be fully responsible for these additional clearance charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country or region. Please contact your local customs office for more information about import clearance costs.
About Sales Tax
We do not collect or charge any sales tax on orders placed on our website.
Shipping Couriers & Order Tracking
United States Domestic
DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other professional express carriers. Carriers are automatically assigned by system and cannot be manually selected.
USPS cross-border domestic delivery service.
Budget consolidated USPS postal delivery for cost-saving orders.
International Selected Countries
Standard & Expedited shipping service available for United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Ireland. All shipments are handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or global professional express couriers. Carriers are randomly assigned by our logistics system and cannot be specified manually.
You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email once your dress leaves our warehouse. A unique tracking number will be attached, which typically activates within 24 hours after dispatch. Full tracking location updates may take 48–72 hours to refresh online. If tracking shows no movement after 3 full days, email us and we will resolve within 48 working hours.
Delivery Related Issues
Order Cancellation Rules
- Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by our system after a set period.
- Cancel within 24 hours after payment: Full 100% refund of all paid amount.
- Cancel between 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund of product cost, full 100% refund of shipping fee.
- Cancel more than 72 hours after payment: 60% refund of product cost, full 100% refund of shipping fee (garment production may already be started).
- Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer available. You may submit a return request after receiving your dress per our return policy.
Right after payment you will receive an official order confirmation email. Reply to this email within 24 hours if you need to adjust address, size, design or any order details.
Delayed Delivery & Lost Packages
If your package transit time exceeds our published timeline, email our support team at service@bolodoo.com. We will immediately follow up with the logistics carrier to locate your parcel.
- If package lost or damaged due to our warehouse/logistics error: Full product refund, shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
- Delivery failure caused by buyer error: incomplete/incorrect address, missing apartment/unit number, unreachable phone number, no signature available, refusal to receive, failure to coordinate pickup, package returned/disposed. All losses will be customer’s responsibility, no refund or free reshipment provided.
- All orders are dispatched directly from our production warehouse in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
