Pretty dress, but length is too long

I was excited about this dress, but it didn't meet my expectations. The design is nice, but the Slightly Large fit is inconsistent for my Pear figure. The top is too small and the bottom is too big, which is not a good look. The fabric is okay, but I wouldn't recommend this dress.
